The term ‘Amori’, ‘Pepper Trader’s Soap’, ‘Amori Skincare’, ‘beauty secrets of Africa’, ‘Shea Butter Africa’, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Amori/Amori Skincare and is used on behalf of Amori/Amori Skincare throughout Amori Beauty Secrets of Africa website and publications.
The purpose of this site is to provide you with information about the business of Amori Skincare – Beauty Secrets of Africa, Shea Butter Africa, and Amori products, retail and other commercial services.
Orders placed on www.sheabutterafrica.co.uk website are processed and dispatched within 1 – 5 working days upon receipt of payment. Orders are dispatched once payment is received and orders cannot be dispatched if payment failure occurs or payment is rejected. We do not process orders during weekends and bank holidays. Once payment is received and an order is not processed and received within the given time frame, we at Amori Skincare will notify you of any delay that may arise and arrange for a full refund if you desire. We accept orders within the UK and internationally.
Amori Skincare products are natural handmade products that are made fresh for orders. The content of our products are made with 100% natural, organic ingredients and as a result the colour and consistency of each product may vary. Amori Skincare products are made with utmost integrity and any colour and consistency alteration does not affect this. Our products are made fresh to give you the best quality service and goods that provide maximum effectiveness to your skin. Please be advised to conduct a patch test, as should be done with any new product purchased for external use. Our products are carefully formulated so that irritation does not occur however in any case irritation does occur we advice to immediately discontinue use. Our products are made for external use only and should not be administered orally.
Ownership of materials on the site
Amori Skincare. T/A Amori, Amori Skincare and is the owner of all copyright and database rights in this site and its contents unless otherwise stated. You are therefore prohibited from copying, publishing, distributing or reproducing any part of this site and storing it electronically or any other way that exist.
Amendments of the terms
We reserve the right to amend and make changes to these Terms without notification to you from time to time. Any such amendment shall be made available, posted on the site to become effective immediately. Any amendments made to the terms and conditions begin to function once posted on the site.

We accept all major credit and debit card payments. We also accept payments through PayPal.
We are unable to accept returns on our handmade products. However products that are sealed and unopened can be returned and a refund or exchange will be issued. Such products must be in the same brand new condition as was when dispatched and not opened and used.
We are entitled to make changes to our prices without prior notice. We reserve the right to make price changes as deemed necessary and products already paid for will not be affected. Our prices are displayed in British Pounds (£ GPB).
We ask that you notify us within 24hrs if the products you have received are faulty. If you have received an incorrect order please notify us immediately or within 24hrs of receiving the order. Amori Skincare is responsible for the cost of returning the products. Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland (EIRE). Our UK shipping covers the following countries: Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and Northern Ireland.
We ship items within 3 – 5 working days of orders placed. We use Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class for all orders. Please allow up to 3 working days for items to arrive after despatch.
For the Republic of Ireland we ship via Royal Mail International Signed for (Airmail). Please contact us for shipment prices. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for items to arrive from the time of dispatch.
We ship internationally. Our delivery terms for overseas shipment can be obtained by contacting our customer service line. Please contact our customer service line on 02072325101 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for overseas shipping price as we will need to calculate shipping cost based on order quantity and weight.
